The Binding Site Group, Ltd.
A collaborative between The Binding Site Group Ltd. and Mayo Clinic required a 5,380 square foot build out within an existing 32,608 square foot office building. The new space allows the two organizations to conduct novel clinical laboratory test aimed at improving the testing, diagnosis and monitoring of patients with multiple myeloma and related conditions.
Meier Companies, Inc.
Real Estate Developer and Custom Home Builder, Meir Companies, turned to TLS Companies to complete their tenant build-out of 459 square feet within the 32,608 square foot office building. Meir Companies and TLS worked together to create office space that serves operational needs, and met budget and schedule requirements.

3,139 square foot tenant build out within an existing shell. In addition to the office space, work included shared restroom and mechanical rooms.
