The new Penz Dental Care occupies 1,775 square feet in the Uptown Square building. With four procedure rooms, Penz Dental Care offers a full array of dental services and specializes in cosmetic and sports dentistry.
TLS successfully managed the project’s tight budget, even returning a portion of shared savings to the client.
Rochester Pediatrics Dentistry

Quarry Hill Family Dental
Renovation of a veterinary hospital into a dental clinic. Work was inclusive of complete demolition of existing space, construction of (3) operatories, consultation room, upgrade restrooms, handicap entrances/parking and reception/lobby area.
The Dental Doctors
As part of a mixed use project, AltaEast-also completed by TLS Companies-the Dental Doctors is a 6,080 square foot family dental practice conveniently located between the Mayo Clinic & St. Mary’s hospital.
The two floors above the dental clinic provide three units of high-end apartments, totaling 8,900 square feet.
Dr. Ted Thull
Dr. Ted Thull’s office marked TLS Companies’ third project within the Valhalla Dental Building. The newly transformed space required removal of four layers of vinyl wall covering to prepare the space for construction.
12th Street Dental
Renovation of a 2,000 square foot Dental clinic. Project consists of multiple phases with work occurring during the weekends to accommodate the Doctor's schedules.
Work included all new finishes throughout the space and inclusion of adding one new operatory.
